1. About tagor.ai

tagor.ai is an AI-powered price comparison service operated by Vaveti Inc. It allows you to search for products, scan barcodes in physical stores, compare prices across online and local retailers in multiple countries, and discover deals. The service is available via web browser and as a companion feature for compatible AI smart glasses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use tagor.ai. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account

You may use some features of tagor.ai without an account. To access personalised features (saved searches, price alerts, rewards), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at tagorai@vaveti.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Do not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the service.
• Do not use the service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Do not impersonate another person or entity.
• Do not use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the service without our written permission.
• Do not submit false, fabricated, or misleading price scan data to the community dataset.
• Do not use the service to facilitate any transaction that violates applicable export control laws or sanctions regulations.

5. In-store scanning — your responsibility

tagor.ai enables you to scan barcodes and compare prices while physically present in retail stores. Physical retail stores are private property, and many retailers maintain their own policies regarding photography, recording, and the use of scanning devices on their premises. By using tagor.ai in a physical store, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) you are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the app — including barcode scanning, camera use, or AI glasses — complies with that store's posted policies and applicable local laws; (b) Vaveti Inc. does not endorse, encourage, or take responsibility for any violation of individual store rules or trespass policies; (c) Vaveti Inc. shall not be liable for any consequences arising from your use of the service on private property, including being asked to leave a store or being refused entry. If a store's policy prohibits scanning or photography, you must comply with that policy.

6. Price information and accuracy

Prices displayed on tagor.ai are sourced from retailers and third-party data providers in real time. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price information. Prices may change between the time they are displayed and the time you visit the retailer. Always verify the final price on the retailer's own website or in-store before making a purchase. Vaveti Inc. is not responsible for pricing errors or discrepancies.

7. Price alerts

tagor.ai may offer price alert notifications that inform you when a tracked product's price drops below a threshold you set. Price alerts are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed to be delivered in real time or at all. Vaveti Inc. is not responsible for missed alerts, delayed alerts, or any purchasing decisions made in reliance on price alert notifications. Price alerts are subject to the availability of price data from our retail partners. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the price alert feature at any time.

8. Affiliate links and API compliance

Some links on tagor.ai are affiliate links. When you click through and make a purchase, Vaveti Inc. may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. tagor.ai accesses product data through the authorised developer APIs of participating retailers (including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, and AliExpress). Our use of those APIs is governed by the respective developer programme agreements of each provider. We display affiliate-tracked links prominently so that users can purchase products directly from those online retailers, in compliance with each provider's terms. 9. Product images and copyright

Product images displayed on tagor.ai are sourced exclusively from the authorised APIs of our retail partners (such as eBay, Amazon, and AliExpress), whose developer terms permit the display of those images for the purpose of affiliate routing and price comparison. We do not scrape, reproduce, or display official brand marketing imagery from retailer websites without authorisation. Under applicable copyright law, raw factual data — including prices and product barcodes — are not protected by copyright and may be freely displayed and compared. If you believe any image displayed on tagor.ai infringes your copyright, please contact us at tagorai@vaveti.com and we will investigate and remove the content promptly.

10. Use of retailer and brand names (trademark fair use)

tagor.ai displays the names of retailers and brands (such as "eBay", "Amazon", "Walmart", "Best Buy", and others) solely to identify the source of price data and to help consumers understand where a product is available for purchase. This constitutes nominative fair use under applicable trademark law — we use these names only to the extent necessary to describe the product or service being compared. The appearance of a retailer's name on tagor.ai does not imply any sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation between that retailer and Vaveti Inc. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

11. AI features and barcode scanning

tagor.ai uses artificial intelligence to identify products from barcodes and images. AI-based product identification may not always be accurate. Results are provided for informational purposes only. Vaveti Inc. is not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on AI-generated results.

12. AI Glasses integration

tagor.ai is compatible with certain AI smart glasses. Use of AI glasses is subject to the terms and conditions of the glasses manufacturer. Vaveti Inc. is not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party hardware. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your use of AI glasses in any location complies with applicable laws and the policies of the premises you are visiting (see Section 5).

13. Community scans and user-submitted data

tagor.ai may allow users to submit in-store price scans and product data to a shared community dataset. By submitting a scan or price check, you grant Vaveti Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and use that data (in anonymised form) to power the price comparison service for all users. You must not submit data that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, contains personal information about other individuals, is false or fabricated, or was obtained in violation of any applicable law or store policy. Vaveti Inc. reserves the right to remove any submitted data at its discretion.

14. Rewards programme

tagor.ai may offer a rewards programme where you earn points for scans and price checks. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards programme at any time with reasonable notice.

15. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in tagor.ai are owned by or licensed to Vaveti Inc. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without our prior written consent. Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed in search results belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

16. Third-party services

tagor.ai links to third-party retailer websites. Vaveti Inc. is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those websites. Your interactions with retailers are governed by their own terms and conditions.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vaveti Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your submission of false, infringing, or unlawfully obtained data to the community dataset; (d) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party, including any retail store whose policies you breach while using the service.

18. Disclaimer of warranties

tagor.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Vaveti Inc. does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

19. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaveti Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. This limitation applies regardless of whether Vaveti Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Vaveti Inc.'s total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid Vaveti Inc. in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

20. Force majeure

Vaveti Inc. shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms of Service where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond Vaveti Inc.'s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, internet or telecommunications outages, third-party API provider outages, or power failures.

21. Export controls and sanctions

You may not use tagor.ai if you are located in, or are a national or resident of, any country subject to comprehensive economic sanctions or trade embargoes imposed by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other applicable authorities. You represent and warrant that your use of the service does not violate any applicable export control laws or sanctions regulations.

22. Changes to the service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.

23. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

24. Dispute resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at tagorai@vaveti.com to resolve any dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by a recognised arbitration body in the jurisdiction in which Vaveti Inc. is registered, unless prohibited by applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

25. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vaveti Inc., without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent that arbitration does not apply, any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Vaveti Inc. is registered.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

27. Waiver

No failure or delay by Vaveti Inc. in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms of Service shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

28. Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vaveti Inc. with respect to your use of tagor.ai and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
